Weave is a cost-sharing coordinator, not a payment processor or money transmitter. It computes each person's share and links you to pay the host directly; Weave never holds, moves, or takes a cut of funds. Amounts collected to reimburse a shared cost are generally not taxable income, but Weave does not provide tax advice — consult a professional about your situation.
